Return & Exchange Policy for Walk-in Customers

1. Items sold may only be returned or exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect. The customer must contact us within 2 days of purchase and bring the goods, unused and in original packaging, along with the original invoice within 3 days.
يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال البضائع المباعة فقط في حالة وجود عيب في التصنيع. يجب على العميل الاتصال بنا خلال يومين من تاريخ الشراء وإحضار البضائع غير المستعملة في تغليفها الأصلي مع الفاتورة الأصلية خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

2. The seller provides no warranty or guarantee against colour fading, ironing damage, or exposure to strong chemicals such as bleach, detergents, perfumes, sunlight, strong lighting, moisture, or heat.
لا يقدم البائع أي ضمان ضد تغير اللون أو تلف الكي أو التعرض للمواد الكيميائية القوية مثل المبيضات أو مواد الغسيل أو العطور أو أشعة الشمس أو الإضاءة القوية أو الرطوبة أو الحرارة.

3. Loose or unpacked goods such as beads, sequins, etc., cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for checking the goods at the time of purchase.
لا يمكن استبدال البضائع غير المعبأة مثل الخرز أو الترتر بأي حال من الأحوال. تقع مسؤولية فحص البضائع على المشتري وقت الشراء.

4. Goods purchased under promotional or discounted prices cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
البضائع المباعة ضمن عروض أو تخفيضات الأسعار لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

5. All catalogues, sample charts, loose samples, cut pieces, and reference materials, whether supplied free of charge or sold at nominal cost, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once issued.
جميع الكتالوجات، مخططات العينات، العينات السائبة، القطع المقطوعة، ومواد العرض المرجعية، سواء تم توفيرها مجانًا أو مقابل رسوم رمزية، غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا بعد إصدارها.

Policy for Orders & Bulk Purchases

1. The validity of a Sales Quotation is 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability may change without notice.
تكون صلاحية عرض السعر لمدة سبعة أيام من تاريخ الإصدار، وبعد هذه المدة قد تتغير الأسعار أو التوفر دون إشعار مسبق.

2. All orders require an advance payment to confirm the booking. The balance amount must be paid before delivery or collection of goods. Orders will be processed only after receipt of the advance. Failure to make payment within the validity period may result in cancellation without prior notice.
تتطلب جميع الطلبات دفعة مقدمة لتأكيد الحجز. يجب سداد المبلغ المتبقي قبل التسليم أو الاستلام. سيتم تنفيذ الطلب فقط بعد استلام الدفعة المقدمة. في حالة عدم السداد خلال فترة الصلاحية، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب دون إشعار مسبق.

3. Availability and delivery of goods will be mentioned in the Sales Quotation. The buyer must collect the goods within 7 days from the date they are informed that the goods are ready. If goods are not collected within 7 days, Maknas Trading Co. LLC may cancel the order or charge storage fees. Goods may be released back to stock, and prices or availability may change without notice.
سيتم ذكر توفر وتسليم البضائع في عرض السعر. يجب على المشتري استلام البضائع خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ إبلاغه بأنها جاهزة. إذا لم يتم استلام البضائع خلال سبعة أيام، يحق لشركة مكنز للتجارة ذ.م.م إلغاء الطلب أو فرض رسوم تخزين. قد يتم إعادة البضائع إلى المخزون، وقد تتغير الأسعار أو التوفر دون إشعار.

4. The buyer must inspect all goods at the time of collection. Claims for damage or shortage will not be accepted after collection. For delivered goods, any issue must be reported in writing to helpdesk@maknastrading.com within 1 day of receipt.
يجب على المشتري فحص جميع البضائع وقت الاستلام. لن تُقبل أي مطالبات بالتلف أو النقص بعد الاستلام. بالنسبة للبضائع المسلّمة، يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة كتابيًا على البريد الإلكتروني helpdesk@maknastrading.com خلال يوم واحد من تاريخ الاستلام.

5. Returned items must be in their original packaging with the original invoice. Goods with damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
يجب أن تكون البضائع المعادة في تغليفها الأصلي مع الفاتورة الأصلية. لن تُقبل البضائع ذات التغليف التالف أو المفقود للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

6. The buyer is responsible for transporting any returned goods at their own cost.
يتحمل المشتري مسؤولية نقل أي بضائع معادة على نفقته الخاصة.

7. Orders placed through WhatsApp, website, or any digital platform based on product photos are processed according to the product code and description confirmed by the customer. Product colours or appearances may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or photography. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to accept the goods as supplied under the confirmed product code. No return or exchange will be accepted for colour or appearance differences unless there is a manufacturing defect.
تُعالج الطلبات المقدمة عبر الواتساب أو الموقع الإلكتروني أو أي منصة رقمية أخرى بناءً على رمز المنتج والوصف الذي يؤكده العميل. قد يختلف لون المنتج أو مظهره بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة أو التصوير. من خلال تأكيد الطلب، يوافق العميل على استلام البضائع كما هي وفقًا لرمز المنتج المؤكد. لا يُقبل أي استرجاع أو استبدال بسبب اختلاف اللون أو المظهر ما لم يكن هناك عيب تصنيعي.

General Terms

Maknas Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
تحتفظ شركة مكنز للتجارة ذ.م.م بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق. تخضع جميع المعاملات لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاعات ستكون ضمن الاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

This policy is issued in English and Arabic for customer convenience. In case of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. The Arabic translation has been prepared using translation tools to assist understanding.
تم إصدار هذه السياسة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية لراحة العملاء. في حالة وجود أي اختلاف في التفسير بين النسختين، تكون النسخة الإنجليزية هي المعتمدة. تمت ترجمة النص العربي باستخدام أدوات الترجمة لتسهيل الفهم.
